This 1 day training course forms part of GXO Change’s “Making Sense” Series of training programs. “Making Sense of Program Management” is aimed at anyone who wants to understand what program management is, why programs exist, how programs are typically established and run, and what aspects are critical to their successful delivery. 



This course provides an overview of the latest thinking in program management. It covers the principles, themes and major processes to manage an effective program. It is deliberately delivered in a teaching style that is aimed at making program management meaningful to any current program activity, or project management activity (participating as part of a program) . Students attending this course should expect to understand the fundamentals of program management, including the important role that benefits management and business change play in a program. This short course provides a good overview for more detailed subsequent program management training later on.
