This 1 day training course forms part of GXO Change’s “Hands On” Series of training programs. It is aimed at anyone who would like to gain a practical “hands on” understanding of what quality in projects really means, why it is important, and how it can be managed and controlled.
 You will understand in detail the underpinning quality management concepts, approaches and techniques that many professionals use when delivering projects. The course goes on to also cover how quality may be best managed in programs and even larger portfolios of change. The course is highly interactive and uses case studies and small group exercises to demonstrate the practical application of quality management in projects.
