Welcome to GXO Change. I’m Walter Dirix, and I am one of the Directors of GXO Change and also its Lead Consultant and Trainer. I encourage you to view my profile, as I am the person you will most likely be working with.

Let’s be clear. GXO Change is a relatively new company. Not very large, and not all things to all people. We’re not big enough to have a B team.

Which means that you'll get the A team every time. And that’s just the way we, and probably you, would like it.

Our expertise is in managing change, projects, programs, portfolios, and also very specific areas such as benefits management. Our expertise comes from our experience in having done this before and being successful.

At GXO Change, we are always learning ourselves - developing knowledge and then applying it sensibly and practically to get real results for you. We understand what is considered best practice and because we use it in the real world, we know what works and how to apply it practically.

We mix and work with other experts to keep up-to-date with the latest practices; and it helps us to find better, smarter and more innovative ways of getting things done. Most importantly, we listen to what our clients say and concentrate on doing the job they have asked us to do.
