Consent to the Collection of Your Personal Information

GXO Change has made a conscious decision not to implement online purchasing and therefore will never ask you for any credit card details or banking passwords, nor will we collect or store such information. You may always choose not to provide personal information, but if you so choose, certain products and services or online functionality may not be available to you.
Our Use of Your Personal Information
GXO Change collects and uses your personal information to:
- process your enquiries, bookings and/or orders (i.e. transactions) with us;
- create and manage your client account with us;
- provide customer service;
- perform research and analysis aimed at the continual improvement of our services and systems;
- provide resources and site content that is appropriate to your requirements, interests and preferences;
- manage any Interactive Areas;
- communicate with you about your transactions; and
- communicate any updates or new products and services that you have indicated an interest in.
We may send transaction-related communications such as welcome letters, invoices, program joining instructions, requested product flyers, course administration materials, billing reminders, and purchase confirmations. We may also send you surveys or marketing communications to inform you of updated or new products or services or other information or offers that may be of interest, and to gauge how well we have provided a service to you. Security of Your Personal Information
We have implemented procedures, standards and systems that prevents unauthorized access or use, and secures the personal information that you have provided to us. If you choose to use any of our online community forums that uses a password, it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential to protect any personal information used by that forum account.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Except as set out in this privacy policy, GXO Change will not, and does not disclose or sell your personal information to any third-parties. We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who perform services in support of our business. For example, we may engage other companies to manage electronic payments, to host our website, to provide data storage, to complete orders and shipments etc. Those third-party service providers (i) shall be permitted to obtain only the personal information they need to provide the service, (ii) must protect personal information to the same extent as GXO Change, and (iii) shall be prohibited from using it for any other purpose. Importantly, we reserve the right to disclose your personal information if required or permitted to do so by law.
Use of Forums and other provided Interactive Services
Our site may include discussion forums or other future interactive areas or services, including chat rooms, bulletin boards, resource download areas, or other areas or services in which you or third parties create, post or store any content, messages, comments, materials or other items on the sites. This includes any linked interactive area that we may provide a complimentary service to our website such as a GXO Change Twitter area, Podcasts etc. If you use an Interactive Area, you should be aware that these areas are open to the public and any personal information you post or provide at registration may be viewable by others. GXO Change is not responsible for personal information you submit in connection with any of the Interactive Areas, nor are we responsible for how others might use that information, including to send you unsolicited messages.
