Our own developed change management practitioner course follows on from where our foundation course left off! This course has been designed to build on the knowledge you have already learnt about the fundamentals of managing change. It is particularly aimed at practitioners and those leading change implementations.

By the time we get to the end of the course you should, as a practitioner, be able to:

• Apply and tailor approaches and techniques to address the needs and problems of a given change scenario
• Know and comment on detailed explanations of described change techniques (described in the accompanying course texts)
• Demonstrate (and apply to a change management scenario) your understanding of the relationship between individual, team & organisational change
• Demonstrate (and apply to a change management scenario) your ability to apply change management approaches and techniques to different organisational environments

This is in addition to the change management foundation knowledge that you already gained previously.

Our course goes well beyond just getting you ready for an exam. It is a comprehensive course intended to develop practitioners who are able to apply what they have learnt and to do so in a confident manner. Our course starts with a pre-course work module done in your own time, culminating in 3 days of face-to-face teaching and mentoring.

All of this will prepare you for the opportunity to gain an internationally recognised change management practitioner certification by successfully passing a 3 hour (APMG) Practitioner Exam that is administered at the end of the course.

Our change management foundation course has been designed and built from the 'ground up' to provide newcomers and existing managers-of-change the 'basics' and principles that surround the implementation of change! This is a definite 'must have' in the arsenal of anyone in a leadership position, managers of change, or those leading or involved in teams delivering change.

You will learn and become familiar with key theories that explore and explain how change impacts on (and is affected by) an individual, teams of people, and organisations, and the important part that leadership plays.

Our course explores in some detail why change can be difficult and how individuals, teams and organisations are likely to respond under certain conditions. You will understand and become familiar with different organisational models and approaches that in certain situations may prove to be the most useful to bring about successful change.  ...
