In-house training, or group training at a venue organised by you or us. Everything included.
Our Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices (P3O®] Foundation course is squarely aimed at those of you who are contemplating setting up, or who may be already running, enterprise wide decision and support structures in your organisation to manage the delivery of business change via portfolios, programs, projects and other change initiatives. People already running PMO’s, Centres-of-Excellence, and even those of you providing internal consultancy support to projects and programs are sure to benefit from this latest best practice guidance issued by the OGC. Throughout the 3 days you will learn the concepts behind P3O, how P3O organisational models operate, the different roles and responsibilities that typically exist in a P3O, and explore and understand their key functions and benefits. You will build an appreciation for why the investment in a P3O may be very worthwhile for many organisations, and then go on to learn how to implement a P3O that will fit different organisations according to their size, maturity and business needs. Finally, you will also become familiar with the tools and techniques that are typically available and used in a P3O.
All of this will prepare you for a 40 minute - 50 questions - multiple choice - closed book P3O Foundation Exam that is administered at the end of the course.

The GXO Change P3O Practitioner Course follows on from our 3-day P3O Foundation Course. It builds on the knowledge and understanding that you gained during that program. Our intensive pre-course work, review and knowledge practice sessions will help you expand your knowledge and practical understanding of P3O. This will enable you to justify, manage, and plan the implementation of a P3O that is appropriate to your organisation. This is along with choosing the right tools and techniques to operate your P3O and shape your organisation's portfolio of programmes and projects. All of this will prepare you for the 135 minute-open-book P3O Practitioner Exam that is administered at the end of the course, which if you are successful, will lead to you being awarded the internationally recognised P3O Practitioner qualification by APMG. Attendance on this course requires a pass at P3O Foundation level and sufficient time to undertake the pre-course work (at least 2 weeks prior to the course start date) Training locations
