Our 3-day in-house PRINCE2 Foundation Course will provide you with the core knowledge of how the PRINCE2 method works. You will learn the key PRINCE2 principles, themes and processes that underpin good project management and in this context will also gain an insight into the common pitfalls and challenges that many project managers face at some time or another. You will go on to learn what PRINCE2 activities are needed to be done at certain times in a project, along with “how” they are done and who should be doing them. Throughout you will learn and become familiar with key PRINCE2 and project management terminology and concepts used by practitioners of PRINCE2. All of this will put you into a position where you are best placed to attempt and pass the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam to gain your internationally recognised PRINCE2 Foundation certification.

Our in-house PRINCE2 Practitioner Course follows on from our 3-day PRINCE2 Foundation Course. You will build on your understanding of PRINCE2 and go on to learn how to apply and tailor it to suit the needs of specific and various project scenarios and circumstances. Course review and revision sessions will help you expand your knowledge of PRINCE2 and prepare you for the 2.5 hour open book PRINCE2 Practitioner Exam that is administered at the end of the course.
This is further assisted by our comprehensive pre-course work and study program which will help you increase your chances in passing the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam and achieving top marks. Important: Attendance on this course requires a pass at PRINCE2 Foundation level. You should also note that PRINCE2 registered practitioners are required to undergo re-registration within 3 -5 years from last registration.
