Directing Programs
Please Enquire for Price - currently available for in-house coaching only.

This half day coaching forms part of GXO Change’s “Expert” Series of coaching programs. “Directing Programs” is aimed at executives who are appointed, or about to be appointed, as members of a Program Board.

This program goes directly to the heart of what it means to be a program board member and the requirements of corporate governance specifically relating to program activities. Executives will gain an insight into the unique
nature of programs and projects and an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of others who are managing and delivering the program on their behalf. This includes an overview of the possible different governance arrangements that may need to exist at the program and projects level.

The coaching program explores what decisions need to be made by the program board, at what time, and how to exercise executive control without being dragged into the day-to-day technical management of the program and its subordinate projects. The coaching program also addresses what mechanisms can be used to keep program board members adequately informed and implement ways to give them confidence that things are being done as they should be.

Facilitation of this coaching program is highly interactive and conducted with the strictest confidentially. Executives are encouraged to discuss their own program or project experiences and any unique circumstances, with a view of confirming the suitability of existing or future-planned program arrangements.
