In-house and group training.
This 1 day training course forms part of GXO Change’s “Making Sense” Series of training programs. “Making Sense of Change” is aimed at anyone involved (or about to be involved) in managing change and who wants to understand why change happens, how change can manifest itself, and what it takes to implement change in a more productive way.
This course provides an overview of different approaches and ideas to managing change, along with some key theories that explain how people experience change, particularly in environments where change is being introduced by projects and programs in an organisation. It also covers the principles involved in how to best prepare for change, manage a change during transition, and bed down successful change post the transition. Students attending this course should expect to understand the fundamentals of change management, its importance, and its applicability to their current project management activities. This short course provides a good insight into change management and provides a good basis for more detailed change management training and certification later on.
